Who we are
This policy covers the website of Zaman Capital Group LLC (“Zaman Capital Group”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a real estate investment firm. It explains what information the website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
It applies to this website only. If you go on to invest with us, the documents for that investment may include further terms about how investor information is handled.
Information you send us
The only personal information this website asks for is what you choose to enter in the contact form. The form asks for:
- your first name, last name, email address and phone number, which are required;
- your location, which is optional;
- your target investment amount, accreditation status, timeline and source of capital, each chosen from a short list, all optional; and
- a description of your investment experience and any questions or notes, both optional.
When you send the form, it also includes the date and the path of the page it was sent from (for example, “/contact/”), not a full web address. If a link to the form includes a deal name (a “?deal=” parameter), the message box may be filled in with a short note about that deal for you to edit or delete before sending. If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message or call.
Please do not send sensitive information, such as a Social Security number, bank or brokerage account details or copies of identity documents, through the form or by email. If you later invest, any information needed to verify your status is collected separately, not through this website.
How the form is delivered
When you press Send inquiry, your browser sends the form's contents over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to a Google Apps Script web app operated by our firm. The firm's form handler emails your inquiry to our team and may also save it to a Google Sheet.
Because the form is delivered through Google's services, Google receives your submission, together with the technical information a browser sends with any request (such as your IP address), and handles it as the provider of those services. Google's own terms and privacy policy apply to its handling of that data.
The form also includes simple checks against automated spam. They run in your browser and do not collect anything about you.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us:
- to reply to your inquiry and continue the conversation you started, by email or phone;
- to understand your investment goals and assess whether our offerings may be suitable for you, including whether you may qualify as an accredited investor;
- if you own a property, to discuss a possible sale with you;
- to keep a record of our correspondence and meet our legal and regulatory obligations; and
- to protect the website and our firm against spam, fraud and misuse.
Server logs
Like nearly every website, this site is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers automatically record basic technical information about each request, such as your IP address, your browser type and version, the page or file requested, the referring page, and the date and time. This is standard for web hosting. The logs are used to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose problems, and we do not use them to identify or profile visitors.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them for the purposes described in this policy, including any continuing conversation with you and our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
Security
The site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, and inquiries are handled by our firm. No website, email system or internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send online.
Your choices
You decide what to send us. Only your name, email address and phone number are required, and you can email or call us instead of using the form.
You can ask us what information we hold from your inquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing partners@zamancapital.com. We will consider your request and respond as the law that applies to you requires. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local privacy law.

This site links to websites run by others, such as our pages on LinkedIn and Facebook. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Children
This website is intended for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us.
