Agreement to these terms

These terms of use govern your use of this website, which is operated by Zaman Capital Group LLC (“Zaman Capital Group”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these terms, together with our privacy policy and important disclosures, which form part of them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information only, not an offer

The website provides general information about our firm, our approach and the properties the firm and its principals have acquired. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or any interest in a fund, property or company, and nothing on it should be relied on in making an investment decision.

Any offer is made only through formal offering documents, such as a private placement memorandum, operating agreement and subscription agreement, and only to people who are eligible to receive it. If anything on this site differs from those documents, the offering documents control.

Accredited investors only

Any offering by Zaman Capital Group is intended to be made under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933. It is intended to be open only to accredited investors, as defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and Rule 506(c) requires the issuer to take reasonable steps to verify each investor's accredited status before accepting an investment.

Please do not send confidential information, such as account numbers or identity documents, through the form. Sending an inquiry does not create an investor relationship or an offer of securities.
